Why do i get banned for calling someone a [Mod Removed - Profanity] . But he can team kill a 7 ...

Ok i get that i swore, and even though i didnt actually call him it directly just used in the sentence, i receive an instant comms banned. Yet when i have proof of him team killing nothing happens. How is this fair. He obviously does it alot as his response
to my msg was, " reported, swearing gets instant band".

So what he can go around team killing all he wants but when someone msg him and uses a swear word their instantly banned. Very flawed system dont you think?

this is going to help me, but what you guys are saying about you cannot get banned or suspended for no reason, why did it happend to me then?

this guy that reported me said on snapchat that he did it 2 days ago AND that he reported me for offending him or something. I never offended anyone and if I did, then I said something in defence.

like that time he called me a [Mod Removed – Profanity], then i simply say that he is

[Mod Removed – Profanity]

if i get banned for telling that someone is [Mod Removed – Profanity], then there is somtething wrong with your banning/suspending system.

My account recently got hacked and I talked to the chat ppl and they told me to come here, my account is Kiing ChRoNiC and and I recently got hacked my
[GT Removed by Moderator] and I need his [Mod Removed - Profanity] to get banned and in tired of all his
[Mod Removed - Profanity] soo ban his [Mod Removed - Profanity], I have proof that he said he hacked my account! Plz help adovocary team or someone who will ban this guy!

 

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.

 

I reported him for team killing as soon as he killed me then spectated him to continue to kill another 6 of us. A message was send to him 5 minutes after.

So why is team killing option there in the report or block section if it isnt taking seriously.

Someone can ruin a number or peoples fun on xbox by doing something that is a reportable action yet nothing happens as a punishment.

 

It is taken seriously, but it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate complaints. So even if they haven't received a suspension yet, it doesn't mean they won't. Profanity is a lot easier to spot in a short amount of time.

 

Ok i get that, but if there is video evidence of team killing surly that would provide sufficient evidence for the person to be ban soon after being reported

 

The enforcement team does not accept evidence from anyone else. They already have the tools they need to be able to see what they've done.

Team killing is really not an offence that would be worthy of a suspension according to the Code of Conduct

It would fall more under the reputation system which is different then the code of conduct and that is why you see the availability to report someone for that in the reporting system you can read more about the reputation system on the enforcement teams

Nope, it's a great system, when someone does something unsportsmanlike then report them, but berating them with profanity is also a violation of the Code of Conduct and is also easily detected/reviewed so it leads to an instant ban. I know it's annoying
but mute/report/block and move on, retaliation is not a solution.

 

Two wrongs dont make a right. Please use the report and block function for players violating rules

By the message you send with profanity is against the code of conduct. That is why he reported you.

The team killing will fall under unsportsmanlike behaviour which will affect the reputation of said gamer. The enforcement team has to investigate all the data before they can take any action.
