    I am not scripting or using anything I am giving him the information I would use if I had the same situation. I am an avid gamer the situation in this case is nobody can find it in his order history so if that the case it cant be proven he purchased it.

    To be honest it feels like your on a script I show proof you dislike it I dont even got the game installed anymore and it says I own it, I give up its funny how playstations support actually helps instead of screwing me over like here.

    As to all that is going on the best thing is to contact support again being they see the entitlement but not the purchase. They should be able to push it up so someone else can investigate. As a forum Mod we are limited as to what we can do. This needs an
    agent that you call into to help with.

    Only reason it states you own the game is due to it installed already. If the support is seeing an entitlement but no one can find in the order history, meaning agent or you, how can they refund a purchase that doesn't show up. In this I would log onto
    Xbox.com go to your library see if you see the game there or the trial.

    As mentioned above, You would need to handle this Through
    Customer Support
    .

    I understand you have already contacted them in regards to this specific issue, But if they have already mentioned that the game is nowhere to be found on your Entitlements or under your Orders. Then You would have to show proof that you have purchased it
    under this account. I would recommend going through your
    Purchase History
    and attempting to locate the purchase on your side. Without a proof of purchase there is not much to be done.
