    Why do I feel I am getting a constant run around with support


    So, I obtained this email about two days ago I contacted support numerous times but they either say I don't own Rainbow six siege, so I gotta talk to em for an hour or three proving i own it but it still prompts me to buy it yet i own it this has been going
    on for months sadly I get told "Wait 24hrs-72hrs" last week now i get told this yet I never got my money back nor any contact back I'm feeling the support team is a huge joke because I get the same little scripts, heck I had this woman go on for hours to me
    saying "Oh go to the physical store with a disc"Treating me like I'm stupid yet It's not on disc, is there anyway i can get actual help on this instead of "Oh go restart your console etc" or "Are you gamesharing this game?" the email is below ...

    "Good Day!I would like to follow-up on our recent conversation and check if you still wish for us to manually revoke the license of your trial version for Rainbow 6 Siege? We'd like to ensure that your issue is resolved. If you need further support, please
    respond to this email. Please allow at least 24 hoursfor us to respond to your request. Thank you!"

    Gears of war 3 multiplayer unplayable

    Game devs say it's an x box support issue. X box support says all I can do is leave a suggestion. Getting the run around with a searous issue. Have you even tried playing. Something stinks here.

    Thank you for your response. I know you don't make the rules, so this isn't directed at you, but that is a really crappy deal. I wish I could say more without getting banned, but I'm sure everyone can use their imagination on what I wish I could say. So
    we have identified a problem, but don't want to work out a solution other than me paying for it to go away. That's pretty ridiculous.

    As said I have been working with them for months, it don't make sense i gotta keep contacting them and starting over just to get my money back or any help...

    Hello Ryan,

    The best assistance for such situations are handled through our
    Customer Support team.

    If the game is owned to the account, one of those proofs would be the order history with the order ID which would indicate a confirmed purchase on the account. If this cannot be found, the possibility lies
    in the game being owned to a different account.

    If the game is still not found, then the game would need to be repurchased on the account attempting to play the game.

    This Error 0x803F8001 occurs when you launch an Xbox One game support
    article explains more of the causes for this type of situation.

    It don't show in my order history, yet i know you guys can reload my stuff had it happen before so it shows I mean I bought it with this account but had to change the email since it was hacked

    Hey there Ryan!

    As mentioned above, You would need to handle this Through
    Customer Support
    .

    I understand you have already contacted them in regards to this specific issue, But if they have already mentioned that the game is nowhere to be found on your Entitlements or under your Orders. Then You would have to show proof that you have purchased it
    under this account. I would recommend going through your
    Purchase History
    and attempting to locate the purchase on your side. Without a proof of purchase there is not much to be done.

    They constantly say its under my entitlements but don't help they ask "Oh do you got proof you got it in order history"... yet they say i own it yet won't give a refund or anything they do nothing .. everytime i contact text or call support they say "wait
    24hrs-72hrs" i do and they don't contact me back I find it unprofessional to do that and I'm surprised a sue job wasn't put in..

    Alright,

    So Ryan, as you stated they do see it on your entitlements. But you did include on your post that they sent out an mail stating,

    "the license of your trial version for Rainbow 6 Siege"

    In other words the Entitlement they are seeing is of a Trial for the game. If it were the full entitlement they were seeing then there would possibly be more to be done in regards to getting you the game.

    Yet others say its full game... and I bought the game I played it until this year when it stopped working heck i never heard of a trial that lasts freaking two years that allows you to get achievements and use ubisoft rewards Its obviously a mistype..

    Only reason it states you own the game is due to it installed already. If the support is seeing an entitlement but no one can find in the order history, meaning agent or you, how can they refund a purchase that doesn't show up. In this I would log onto
    Xbox.com go to your library see if you see the game there or the trial.
