Why do I cancel my Xbox?

Today was bad

I have been removed from the beautiful service

Do not know the size of the problem and where the problem is

I am one of your oldest clients and one of the most loved people of the company and its products

Am I being canceled this way?

That's because you are beyond the refund period

Do you really expect 4months of service without paying for it?

I don't know what world you live in but 4months is beyond any refund period

You can cancel at 4months but you forfeit the time left and the charge remains

You can have them remove the creditcard but the charge remains and a prepaid code is issued

Btw blocking payments won't work because if you are denied it looks bad on your credit and they ask ms first of it was unauthorized access And it is much better to cancel autorenewal

Its not your fault friend...... its xbox, absolutely ridiculous....

MY POINT IS - IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE, IT SHOULD BE JUST AS SIMPLE AS BUYING SOMETHING THROUGH XBOX, AND THERES ONLY ONE REASON WHY THEY'VE NOT DONE THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE.... BECAUSE THERE JUST ANOTHER MONEYGRABBING
COMPANY, KEEP THE LITTLE MAN DOWN.... SORRY GUYS BUT IAM FURIOUS AT THIS, THIS IS GONA CAUSE SO MANY ARGUMENTS IN THE NXT COUPLE OF MONTHS YOUVE NO IDEA....

i will have to cancel it through my bank.... again this is a joke, ive gotta resort to cancelling it through my bank, whats the point in xbox having the option to cancel account or remover payment option if its impossible to do....

IAM EVEN MORE GUTTED AS IVE BEEN AN XBOX MEMBER FOR OVER 3 YEARS, SPENDING HUNDREDS OF POUNDS ON GAMES AND OTHER STUFF, IF I KNEW ID BE TREATED LIKE THIS I NEVER WOULD OF BOTHERED

 

What do you mean "removed" ?

If it's a ban/suspension then you can file for a case review here
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB You can also see why you were suspended there as well if that's the case.

If it is a suspension then you'd have to wait until it's over before cancelling xbox live.

If it's a ban then you forfeit any remaining gold time you had left.

If you want to cancel live then contact support

Without mentioning the reason

this console is banned from xbox live

 

Console bans are not issued lightly so you must of done something pretty bad to get a console ban.

You would of been sent an email telling you why it was banned or it should tell you on the enforcement site I linked.

You can't appeal console bans.
