Why do bullies always get away with their abuses ?

For those who are supposed to help; its pretty easy to ban only the one who react and retaliate at the bullies, and its also easy for those bullies to take advantage of their target emotionnal problems and reactivity against them. All they have to do is
to bait their target into reacting and mass report them, and voil ! the target is banned. That same target is then told to not retaliate and to block and report bullies, but still no justice is ever done and the target is being ignored and slandered furthermore
by the bullies and followers until the rage caused by the abuses make the target even more reactive and depressed. Thats what happened to me lately; i got baited into reacting and then banned by bullies on my main account. these same bullies used to be admins
in a club me and my friend used to possess, and as i gave up the club due some anger issues; the new owner turned out to be one of them and kicked me and my friend out of our club as a way to thank us. as we speak they use a special admin message chat to slander
my name and spread rumors, they also write hate posts that they delete to not be caught, and they get away with everything. What make me angry in all of this is not the fact that these 12 years old kids act like kids indeed; its the fact that they are allowed
to take over a club i tried to make enjoyable for months and the fact that im being constantly ignored and stomped down from every sides and by a society of bystanders who lack the emotionnal intelligence to understand that allowing others to be abused without
helping out make them as bad as the abusers. At this point; do not expect me to not retaliate, im sick of being stabbed in the ground by bullies and microsoft sanctions,and if someone with a heart at the right place happen to read my post; please... help me
to get justice so i dont lose even more than my club to bullies

on top of that those bullies i mentionned were admins from my own club i had to demote due to their lack of teamwork, and apparently, they successfuly got their revenges. as for reporting and blocking, since these options do not work im simply gonna stay
away from the others players, so i wont get banned for reacting.

 

Report & block anyone harassing you online via your console.

They will be dealt with.

If you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk enforcement action no matter who started it.

It only takes one valid report for someone to receive enforcement action if the break the rules.

Mass reporting someone will achieve nothing,in fact,anyone abusing the reporting feature risks enforcement action themselves.

Other than a thank you message that the enforcement team rarely send out you will never be told the results of any report you file.

 

In 4 years and specially lately; ive been harassed sexually, bullied to the point of suicide, backstabbed by some kids who now have the club i tried so hard to keep clean, and even been treatened, BUT NONE OF THEM GOT A SANCTION and i keep on being banned
each times i have an emotionnal breakdown.... where is the justice in all this? you can keep repeating the same stuff to me but in the end; these are lies! i want justice, im sick ofbeing abused and then called the bad one. Reactive abuses: are when the bullies
and people supposed to help blame the victim’s reactions to the abuses.

 

Another thing: whats the point in allowing children to use the ban option and make clubs?? From what ive seen of the bullies who took the club, all they care about are their titles and number of followers.... Xbox is now a breeding nest for future narcissistic
personality disordered people, if my english terms are correct. Is there someone emotionnally intelligent out there to hear me out?

so basically, youre telling me to avoid contact with every persons outside of my friendlist because microsoft cant take care of sexual harrassers and bullies? you know, at this point im done paying for a community that obviously do not care about their customers
at all. keep on banning the people that retaliate all you want instead of the bullies who conspirate, but at this point perfectly legals mesures will be taken so justice be done and the damages i endured be repaired.

 

i will definitely avoid all contacts outside, but i wont renew my gold and im moving to anoter console. i also contacted a lawyer who is specialised in the rights for people who live with mental health problems. if the problem is not solved and microsoft
keep on stabing me along with the bullies you all seem to protect, then i will make sure that this problem eventually be heard, no matter how long it take. have a nice day.

 

im nearly 37, and i suffer from a severe post traumatic stress disorder mixed with severe depression and anger issues partly caused by the constant bullying and abuses i endured in the past, so dont expect me to be happy and dont react when being persecuted
by people who always get away with everything.

Don't attack don't engage in harassing conduct

It does not matter who starts the fight everyone is accountable to the terms of use

Disability is no excuse for.harassment block and ignore 99.9% of live can do it why can't you?

 

im not using my « disability »as a pretext to harrass those bullies you constantly allow to escape with their abuses. As for comparing me by using such inacurate statistics; 99.9% of chances are that this whole conversation was recorded and printed by 3
different persons who wont hesitate to use them as proofs that im indeed being ignored and even called «a black sheep» as we speak. Feel free to treaten me and delete this whole post if you want; but the proofs are now recorded

 

last thing: im from the 0.01% of this population who have a heart at the right place and the emotionnal intelligence to stand for myself and others when no one care, so my opinion wont change no matter how much you people try to stomp me down.

 

as for blocking and reporting bullies, its done now.

 

if you have the heart at the right place you would.be part of the 99.9%

This isn't social.injustice as everyone who breaks the rules is punished regardless who starts the fight

It's about respecting your fellow players

NOONE IS ABOVE the RULES

And no since you don't get feedback for.your reports you don't know if the others are getting suspended or not

Nor does it justify your actions

If you cannot play well with others why not set your contacts to friends only ends your problem until you can deal with others in a respectable manner

Because the more you break them rules the more punishments will occur and you could end up like the YouTube video emo kid who got banned on all consoles for his disability where he cant play well with others
