Please, try unpairing and re-pairing the second controller.

Go to Settings > Devices & accessories > Accessories > Select the second controller > Unpair > Pair a new device.

This error usually happens when playing via XCloud, but I believe Baldur's Gate 3 is not available via streaming yet, so this is a little unusual.

Hi Rodrigo, I have done this multiple times I even called a friend and had them test the issue and it happens on there console as well... seems to be a big issue that's not well highlighted due to low split screen enabled games and even lower popularity 🙄 frustrating to say the least I'd love to get any further advice I have unpaired all controllers and even gone as far as to preform a manual reset by holding the pairing button the the controller untell it buzzes twice to indicated unpairing and nothing has fixed my issue.. I even deleted all profiles and games just to be sure and factory reset then retried and found the same issue is still present.. I also have tire pairing with wired connections this failed to help the second controller always signs into control the first profile or the main profile if a second is not signed in prior to turning the second controller on, further more it overwrites the first controllers inpute when in any game not just baldurs gate. And when preforming a controller inputs test both controllers are able to input commands no matter which controller you choose to test its the craziest thing I have ever seen and again I know this is not isolated becuse I had a friend with the exact same type of console (Xbox series s) attempt to connect a second controller under another profile and he was shocked to find the same result and I had him preformed an inpute test. Same result both controllers register input for eachother. No linked profiles to the controllers and no auto sign in enables on the controllers... I don't understand.

i receive connection of 120Mbps to my house. Yes controller input feel laggy and unresponsive based on the character movements.

The scenario goes like this:

Purchased xbox series controller;

Connected and updated series controller on laptop;

Attempted to play a game on laptop;

Controller input is not present;

In some games the controller doesn't appear in the setup;

In some games the controller registers but the inputs are incorrect, sometimes the z-axis registers as a button (x button) and not a movement;

Connected controller to tablet and mobile phone and controller input is fine;

Is the problem my games or my controller firmware not syncing with the games?

Is there a fix?

My controller is updated.

I try all steps.

I borrowed controller from my friend to check do headset work on other controller, and work maybe my jack input is broken or something :/
