    Why do all 3 of my Xbox ones keep disconnecting their controllers


    I have 3 Xbox one consoles in my home. Each console has one controller paired with it. At random times the controller will disconnect reconnect on its own. Flashing Xbox light on controller. Firmware update done on all 3 controllers. New batteries in all controllers. Some times rebooting the affected console will fix it for a few hrs some times not. Any help would be great.

    Have you added any new wireless devices to the house?

    2.4ghz is awfully crowded. Id they’re all disconnecting that says that is the most likely source

    Unfortunately outside of disabling those things thers not much we can do remotely. You should contact the manufacturer of your devices and see if you can get them into another channel

    I did recently replace my router with a deco and added 2.4ghz for all my smart home devices. Any recommendations would be great.

    Thanks Linden for the reply? However Did you read my post? My post relates to the Xbox One Media Remote, not a controller. Although I do also suffer from controller disconnects of which I have detailed here.

    Why does everyone just keep referring us to the controller troubleshooting page. Everyone has tried all those steps!!!! Anyway back to the problem. The remote is not accurate enough or act the same way as any other remote.
