Why DMC4 360 never on deals with gold?

To be fair Melesoun, you've only played about 3 or 4 levels of Bayonetta if your achievements are any indicator. Bayonetta is really no more repetitive than DMC4. I actually found DMC4 way more repetitive as it was so painfully derivative of DMC3. Felt like
a total rehash of that game. Only remotely interesting new addition was Nero but they cut him out of half the game and we ended up with a weird kind of half baked half-a-game-multiplied-by-2 to-make-one-game-except-it-was-really-just-half-a-game. At least
when you backtracked in DMC1 the environment and enemies were substantially different. In DMC4 it was lazy as hell

As for story, why does that matter? DMC4 had a very weak story as well. An arbitrarily evil cult of devil worshippers want to bring a statue to life or some crap. Not that a compelling narrative is all that important to the genre or anything.

Actually, on that note, I think I know why I found DMC4 so insipid. There were no memorable antagonists. Just some old pope dude and a crazy scientist. DMC3's story was crap as well but at least Arkham and Vergil were properly threatening villains. You feel
like something is at stake when you fight Vergil.

If so that would be why if you are using a trial it doesn't apply to deals for gold
