Why didn't the XPET take action about the threatening message that I got?

I got a threatening message from a gamer a couple months ago. He threatened to call the police on me. I reported the message twice and no action was taken. The gamer who sent me the message doesn't have an Xbox one but he does play on Windows 10. The gamer
does have an Xbox 360. The reason I know this is because he used to be on my friends list.

Exactly. If someone is harassing you online, you can file a report from your console - if they are indeed threatening you and/or your family, especially through text messages, then that's all it will take for the enforcement team to take notice and take
appropriate action against them.

 

Was suspended for standing up for myself yesterday

So I was suspended yesterday but that's for talking trash we all know when people get suspended they can't talk to friends send messages or even join party I'm not mad about that but today at 1:00 am I was suspended for doing nothing
the suspense was for harassment abuse and threatening but the thing is that I was the one being harassed and abused threatening by this other player that was killing me then my game lagged out that's when I got a message from that you been suspended but the
funny thing is I wasn't allowed to talk to players and couldnt send messages so how could I get suspended for harassment and threatening when I couldn't even text or talk to anyone. I'm going to say this right now to the enforcement team and I'm not going
to stand here and not take action so **** you enforcement team go suck a dick

 

It can take awhile for the enforcement team to investigate every report that comes in. Nothing happens right away.

 

Report, mute, block, don't engage. Enforcement team will be dealing with him provide you don't do any false reporting or it will backfire on you.
