    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    This may mean that you're signed in under the wrong Microsoft account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then locate your game order stated as "completed".

    If it's not showing from there, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you pre-ordered RDR2 and didn't realise when your card was going to be charged. Since the charge was connected to RDR2, it was dealt with by your credit card company, and subsequently cancelled by MS.

    Gift card balances cannot be refunded, to my knowledge, only payments via PayPal or Credit Card. It might be worth contacting Support over the phone again, to see if this can be raised higher, but I cannot guarantee any outcome.

    Pro clubs should transfer over and at the time mine didn't but i tried the transfer 2/3 times than it worked
