    Where are you putting the e-mail? If it is asking for a Microsoft account, you must have a Microsoft Account on your iCloud email address.

    For me it turned out that my phone automatically logged me in with my work Outlook.com account instead of my account that I set up for the Xbox. I think was due to iCloud Keychain.

    Hmm ok. I have uninstalled and reinstalled before multiple times; and it didn’t affect my worlds. Maybe my iCloud filled up. Thanks for the reply!

    ERROR 8015000A & Marketplace.xbox.com is DOWN

    I tried this for myself as I am getting the same error. It didn’t work as it gives me error code 8015000A when putting in my email for my account that I know is right. Please Help! I’ve cleared my system cache a bunch of times, power cycled my 360 and it still didn’t work. Are your servers down?
