Why didn't I get the Vanilla cape in Minecraft?

The vanilla cape is a unique cape offered to users who owned (whether by purchase or by code redemption) Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition on PC on the same Microsoft account before June 6, 2022. Since you purchased them before June 6, 2022, and you didn't receive Vanilla Cape, I highly recommend contacting Mojang Support through this link https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811 so they can have it checked for you.

Just a friendly reminder though that to be eligible for the cape according to Mojang:

"To show our gratitude towards players who already had both editions before we announced we’d start selling them together, we’re going to give you the new Vanilla cape! So if you owned both Java and Bedrock Edition on PC on a single account before June 6, 2022 (whether by purchase or by code redemption), you will be receiving this special cape shortly, and you’ll be able to wear it in both editions. Like previous capes, it should show up in your Dressing Room or the Skin Customization menu automatically."

This is for players that have both editions even before announcing the bundled game edition.

and when did you start playing minecraft?

i have the requirements for getting this cape but i didnt get the cape

I don't get what this has to involve with my response I just said that the cape you can only get through a time window like the MINECON capes.
