Why didn't I get my complete refund?

Well you have to wait 5-7 business days after approval then wait upto 30 days for your bank to proccess it depending on where you are in the world vs the us

Only the ms account balance ms can control

Going back to the topic, please note that when Microsoft approves a refund for something purchased on the Microsoft Store, they usually send the money to the bank in 3-5 business days.

However, sometimes our bank takes more days or until the end of the billing cycle to reflect the refund on our card. So, this is an estimated time frame.

If your refund was approved, now it’s just a matter of time to receive it.
