Why didnt I get all my money refunded to me?

My little brother was playing on my Xbox and he bought the Batman caped crusader pack on fortnite. He didn't use the skins yet and the bundle doesn't give any in game currency so I should have gotten the full amount. I had around 32 dollars and the bundle was 27 dollars. I now only have 14 dollars and it says "Status: Refunded" Can someone please help me.

Refunds don’t always return the full amount due to things like taxes, fees, or partial refunds. I’d recommend checking your Microsoft account transaction history here to see the refund details: account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If the refund amount you received doesn’t match what’s listed there, it might be due to a fee from your bank. You could also reach out to Epic Games Support to see if they have more details on how in-game purchases and refunds are processed.

Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank or the card provider on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days if we used our bank.

I recommend reaching out to the gift card provider so they can check, Peter.

Well, the 6th was Friday so we are just about 1 working day after and the other one was today. You need to give it till the end of the week. The banking system works slow
