Why didn't I get a full year out of xbox live

I want to know why my membership ended 2 hours earlier then it should have. I paid sixty dollars for the dang thing.

Xbox live promo 15 dollar credit

I got the one year promo that gets you 15 dollars in credit on Xbox live and called a week later to find out why I didn't get the credit yet. They said to contact someone from Xbox live rewards yet there's no contact info there and yestersay I got a message
saying I got a 5 dollar promo for joining Xbox live even though I bought a year of gold. Still haven't gotten the 15 on my account.

I just did a year wroth of xbox live gold by entering the xbox codes in the free xbox live promo and it was 10 dollars and i wonder why i didn't get it and it was a xbox live gold card and so i am entitled to it and can you please send it to me ok

The clocks change twice a year, maybe they took that off.

Or perhaps you are using them cheap poundshop batteries in your clocks, they lose a few seconds each day, so over the course of a year maybe you are 2 hours behind the rest of the world.

P.S I did wait 3 days for the refund and I checked with my bank ( Commonwealth Bank AU) and it was from Microsoft Returns.
