Why did YouTube randomly stop working on my xbox

YouTube hasn't been working in my xbox one for two or three days now, it sucks because i used it on my xbox every day.... it opens to thr loading screen but never loads, just has the yt logo and the little spinning loading thing that just keeps spinning but it never ever loads.... please help!!

Ps. Extra info, im not an idiot so ive already tried all the regular things you do whenever anything doesn't work..... yes ive re started my xbox, yes i did the hard restart, yes ive deleted and re installed yt, yes my internet is working, yes every other app works on my xbox, yes im signed into live, yes i did the hard restart after i uninstalled yt and before i reinstalled it.... please help with some expert advice! Im so sad i cant watch yt on anything but my little phone

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.

I can see that you have already tried a number of troubleshooting steps. Weldon for that.

“We've seen similar reports from people complaining that some YouTube videos aren't loading (and in some cases is only showing them a black screen) when trying to watch from console devices (Like PlayStation & Xbox) and Smart TVs. Our teams are aware of this issue and are looking into it! Appreciate your patience in the mean time.”

It seems if you don’t get any help from Xbox forum here, you may have to keep an eye on the https://support.google.com/youtube/community?hl=en.

They are wireless and all work, in fact I was using my newest one earlier the same day. While I was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes it randomly started working again. The only thing I did during that time was dust my Xbox series x. So I don’t know if it just needed to be cleaned or why it stopped working but it randomly started working again.

It still didn't want to do that, so I just reset the whole thing and it seems to be working for now... Thank you for the replies! ♥

I've tried that and it just ended up turning off and giving up there.... So I turned it back on and nothing changed

Kindly try resetting the console through the Xbox Troubleshooter page.

Make sure to follow the steps accordingly to access it:

"1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone."

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".
