    Why did your enforcement team ban me from chat for responding to people who send me hate mail?


    I did no swearing or any insulting just clever clean comebacks and I have a 2 week chat ban it makes me want to never purchase another one of your products.

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    MS starting to ban your account and remove purchases...

    If you have naked pictures of yourself on OneDrive you should be banned from the internet to save you from your own stupidity.

    This is a clarification of the TOS that has always existed. Probably asked for by the enforcement teams who end up banning people for enfractions that fall under “not limited to” violations of the TOS.

    Support typically sends people to the forums because they think you can contact the enforcement team about issues like this, but that is not possible. The enforcement team only respond to the suspensions/bannings forums and only to tell people why they were
    suspended/banned. It's not possible to contact them for any other reason. No one else on the forums handles resets.

    Like I said, in order for the enforcement team to investigate and possibly give you a reset, you will need to have someone file a complaint on your account via the console.

    So, got back onto chat and basically there is no way to review a 24hr ban, no way to get any information as to what the ban was for and no way to contact the 'Enforcement Team' for more information.

    Seems like these guys are pretty special and hide away so no one knows who they are, I wonder if any photos exist of them....

    My comment back was so I can have fun tonight randomly reporting people and getting them banned for 24hrs and they will have no way of knowing what it was for or who did it. Seems like more fun than playing the games to me.

    Thanks for your help on the forum, looks like no one really knows how to contact the 'Enforcement Team'. Are they the new CIA??? If you don't hear back from me then maybe the 'Enforcement Team' have tracked me down......

    Why so quick to suspend account but not do a case review

    First it does not matter who started it they look at your actions and if it is a violation of the code of conduct then the enforcement team will put a suspension onto an account.

    This is why there is an option to report another player and mute and block that player so that you do not receive any messages from that person or get matched with them in another game.

    It does take time for the enforcement team to review your case if you did file for a case review it is not an instant thing.

    At this point it is just a waiting game for the enforcement team to review your case and let you know if they can lift the suspension sooner.
    bro I swear to god someone sent me a hate message and as soon as I sent one back I was banned they were right on me but not the other person who started it all even though he said some awful stuff to me
