Order History on the Microsoft account to see where the charges are coming from, if that doesn't resolve the issue try

Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Billing Support Specialists so we can look into the account order history from our end. Give these steps a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!!

The enforcement team would be the only ones to handle that and they do not use the forums. If there's no appeal available, then nothing else can be done.

Ok sorry it says incomplete but, I was able to still install the game the same day why would it take the game away from me almost a month later if my money did go through?
