    Why did you take away the Family Timer on XBOX One?


    Why did you not put a family timer on the Xbox One? I saw numerous posts on your forums of parents begging you to put the family timer back, or even charge us a small fee to add it. I am one of those parents who paid more than I would've liked for your console
    for my child. Yet you have given us no way to limit how much time they are on it without pulling the plug and locking the console up. Wouldn't a family timer just be easier? Especially if parents are asking for it over and over again?

    I also don't like that I HAVE to give a credit card. With all of the hacking and phishing out there, I'd prefer not to have it on file at all.

    Why did they take away my subscription !

    When your account is banned you lose access to all content associated with that account and it cannot be transferred. This is listed in the ToU and the CoC that you agreed to when you joined Live.

    So I got banned on my account named Electii , I was very upset but I do know that I've done stuff to have my account banned I get that , that's my downfall . But what I don't get is why they canceld my 12 Month Subscription ! I got an email a day ago saying
    That they caneceled my subscription on , September 28 , 2016 my subscription was supposed to end ok February 2017 . Not only am Im losing my account which is very upsetting but was my fault but I'm losin my subscription! It is not fair because I didn't get
    what I paid for ! It might be apart of the rules I don't know but until then I want what I payed for which is 5 more months of gold . I love the Xbox community I really do but I'm going to need my gold put on my new account some how because I need what I payed
    for . Thank you .

    Family Timer in Xbox One

    I am very disappointed that the family timer has been removed on the Xbox One. I am at the point that I might have to take the xBox one away until I can figure out a way to control the game time.
