Why did you make a garbage battery charger for the Xboxone?

What were you thinking? The 360 had a nice sturdy recharge kit. What happened? The Xboxone's charger is utter trash. It breaks with in minutes of you connecting it to the controller. No one at quality control? The controller shuts off with in 30 seconds
of hook up ensuring it DOESN"T charge unless you stay monitoring it constantly. ( I have tried this with more than one controller) It's bad enough the games for the system are awful and it requires a constant internet connection just to function. But to be
fighting the battery recharge kit just to get your poorly built peripherals to not even charge? It says a lot about your companies standards. They have flat lined since the 360.

What kind of a system do you have that won't recharge it's peripherals while it is powered down? The 360 did. The Xboxone doesn't shut off, so whats your excuse for not holding yourselves at least to the 360 standard? I have been a customer since the original
Xbox and this by far is your worst effort. If it could even be called effort. No, I won't buy your 150$ elite controller, because that is highway robbery just to play your console that I already paid too much money for as it stands. And I sure won't be purchasing
your Scorpio nonsense.

Produce a better recharge kit. It's not like you don't already have a prime working example that functions very well with the 360's recharge functions.

Batteries in the xbox controller

Of course.

MS put that label in there so that it can make more money. MS figures that most people would rather use the MS battery pack than buy alkaline batteries. Guess who makes money for every battery pack sold? MS. Who makes money for every play and charge kit?
MS. Guess who doesn't make money if you decide to buy NiMH rechargeable batteries? MS.

Did you know that the MS battery pack are NiMH batteries?

 

2 problems i been having lately. please help

Regarding your first question you should check your NAT settings and make sure they are open

Regarding the controller problem this occurs when:

. The battery has reached the charge limit.

. There may be an issue with the charge cable.

. There may be an issue with the battery.

Things to try:

1. Determine the part of the recharging system that may be causing the issue.

Controller

Try AA batteries or try a different Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack in the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller to verify that there is nothing wrong with the controller. If the controller works with different batteries, the controller is not causing the issue.

Charge cable

Try a different Xbox 360 Play and Charge cable to charge the battery. If the battery charges correctly with a different charge cable, the original charge cable is faulty.

Rechargeable battery

a. Use a cotton swab and some isopropyl alcohol to clean the four gold contacts on the Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack and on the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller.

b. Try a different Xbox 360 Rechargeable Battery Pack with the charge cable. If the second battery charges correctly, the original battery is faulty.
