Why did Xbox take my money but not give me the game?!?!?

I tried to refund a 50$ robux as it was on the wrong account but they denied my refund and now I have no money but got scamed by xbox im not happy.

If you can please give the 50$ back to the account i an Axolotl#396

All you can do is reply back to the email saying your refund was denied and plead your case/hope they change their mind.
