    Why did Xbox delete ALL my SSD stored captures?


    Why was ALL my captures deleted from my Xbox Series S hard drive? They where absolutely (100 percent positive) not on the cloud or one drive at all. I only use my SSD. I also have plenty of space on my SSD. SO WHY XBOX ARE YOU DELETE MY PERSONAL CAPTURES?!

    -it started happening 1 day ago.

    - It was working just fine before then.

    -yes i went to another game and it still happened.

    -all my clips are stored and captured in my internal ssd.

    -i have tried deleting the old clips to make more space but it didn't work.

    I thought about that too and deleted all captures (photos and videos) on my Xbox One X. It did not solve the problem.

    Hi! You can't delete, because all captures stored on your internal hard drive. Trough the app you can delete just captures posted on Live.

    Something is definitely going on. Xbox Support needs to acknowledge this. Game captures stored in the cloud are corrupt and can't be deleted or viewed.
