Why did Xbox charge me for Game Pass, but not enable it on my account?

I was charged $9.99 for one month of Game Pass on the 11th of October. It's showing as active in the Subscription tab of my Xbox profile. However, when I attempt to download anything, it directs me to
the Game Pass purchase screen, and doesn't let me download the game.

What's going on? I've tried to communicate with the support robot but it's not working. Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to process a refund and re-sub to Game Pass all over again? I'd rather
not waste the $10.

Season pass

Why did I pay 19.99 for my season pass preorder just to find out that when I use it to purchase the season pass on black flag it costs more than what was put into my microsoft account. The season pass cost 21.17, and the preorder put 20.00 in my account
so what's the point of preordering something if your not going to give me the correct ammount that will enable me to use it.

 

Ryse Season Pass not working...

i just seen the new mars chosen pack.....and it says its included in the season pass...so i go to download it and its trying to charge me for it......then why the h*** did i purchase the season pass for!

new games, new glitches, not enough people working on fixing them.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I recommend re-syncing your profile to your console.

1. Remove account from Xbox one
2. Power cycle console
3. Download your profile back to Xbox one

Be sure that you know your log in credentials before removing your account. Hope this helps and let us know the results!

Most likely doing a hard reset on the console will clear up the issue.
