Why did they take away my subscription !

So I got banned on my account named Electii , I was very upset but I do know that I've done stuff to have my account banned I get that , that's my downfall . But what I don't get is why they canceld my 12 Month Subscription ! I got an email a day ago saying
That they caneceled my subscription on , September 28 , 2016 my subscription was supposed to end ok February 2017 . Not only am Im losing my account which is very upsetting but was my fault but I'm losin my subscription! It is not fair because I didn't get
what I paid for ! It might be apart of the rules I don't know but until then I want what I payed for which is 5 more months of gold . I love the Xbox community I really do but I'm going to need my gold put on my new account some how because I need what I payed
for . Thank you .

I believe he was trying to tell Eternal ODST that he just needed to apply but the problem is he was already in the program. Unless you ask to be removed, you will stay in the program but Eternal ODST sounds as though he was removed unwillingly.

When your account is banned you lose access to all content associated with that account and it cannot be transferred. This is listed in the ToU and the CoC that you agreed to when you joined Live.
