    By applying an erroneous enforcement case you have violated the terms we agreed upon in our previous encounters. You may email the subscription codes to the email listed on my xbox live accoumt. Upon receipt
    of this message you agree to forfeit cash compensation in the lump sum of $10,000 USD to the account holder, also known as in the event of any further modifications to his xbox live account or xbox one system on behalf of Microsoft or any of its
    affiliates. You also acknowledge that you do not have authority to make any modifications to his account without his verbal consent. You also acknowledge that the Xbox Live enforcement team is no longer authorized to make changes to this account other than
    to lift the erroneous bands currently imposed.

    From a legal standpoint, if the enforcement team didn't want to accept the modified terms of use I submitted, then my account should have been deactivated immediately. This is your last chance to note my account before I take legal action.

    I made a terrible mistake

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They would have issues the ban because the other person had done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of use, not just because you submitted a report.

    Hi there,

    Phone support is unable to assist with enforcement matters. Only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    The case review process is the only way to converse with/get additional information about any Live suspension issued.

    If you have submitted your case review, there is nothing further that can be done other than wait out the suspension.

    If you run into users who are breaking the code of conduct (including modified avatars), report them. Then the Enforcement team can investigate and take action as needed.

    I have to wait 24hours it says, but I want this sorting out now

    Iyep you must wait up to 24 hours for them to reply and no enforcement issues are not support issues nor can anyone here help you with that you been told the correct answer

    .if you read the enforcement status tab it would already state the reason why you were banned

    Fyi you don't get banned for no reason they investigate everything

    And is only done as a last resort

    Just because you weren't banned before could be you weren't reported before or simply you just didn't violate the terms of use before

    If it's trash talking or cursing both are violations of the terms of use
    ok that's fine so why did the customer support tell me to submit form in here

    Yes but that is what enforcement team deal with and stop people who use that type of things to cheat modify other games ect. There is terms of service that everyone agrees to when making an account, Am certain it's in there some where.

    Keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times. So even if you weren't the one using it, you are responsible for what happens if someone else is using it. That's also why it's against the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account.
