Why did my Xbox say can’t save no more space. Then clear 50% of the space in my Xbox.

Hi Daniel I tried all that last night and I didn’t work! Any other suggestions?

Unfortunately Daniel this hasn’t worked, I’ve clear my cloud via my iPhone. Any other suggestions on ways to clear my cloud?

I am sorry to know that the solutions provided did not help you solve this problem. I tried to look for other solutions that may be useful for you but unfortunately I did not get any type of information about it.

I don't know if this solution that I am going to provide you with has anything to do with it, however, you can try and let me know if they worked or not. What I suggest you do is restore your console, keeping your games and application, with these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information > Reset console.
3. Select Reset and keep my games and apps. This will reset the operating system and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

This is the problem my cloud has plenty of space too which makes it more frustrating

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Xbox so with the intention of helping you I did some searches and found information that may be useful to you, I suggest you follow these steps:

The first thing is to select a random game that you are not very interested in saving. Typically, since your console is connected online, your saved games should be safely stored in the cloud and you should be able to download them back to the local cache if necessary. But if that part is corrupted, you may lose your saved game, so try it first with a game you don't care much about.

1. Highlight the game in "My Games & Apps" and press the Menu button.
2. Choose to manage the game.
3. There, on the left side, choose to delete the local save for that game.
4. Repeat that with several other games.

Now try if you can start your game with the save game cache released. Make sure the game is saved and synced correctly to the cloud.
