Why did my xbox account suspend me?

If the suspension already has ended, then try the following steps

1. Check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if there are indeed no more suspensions, if so follow the next steps
2. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
3. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
4. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason. I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

But every time I click on any options or do anything sir, it just tells me it cannot help due to my suspended account. And there’s no option I can use besides, why did my Xbox receive a ban or how to know if my Xbox is banned.
