Why did my Xbox account get a communication suspension

Hey my Xbox account got a suspension of communication s and I didn't do anything wrong. No one reported me of anything negative. My gamertag name is .

Suspension

i have 2 suspensions on my account when i go to enforcement.xbox.com, but when i speak to Microsoft Support they say i have a suspension until october 25, but i dont know why i would, i did engage in bad communication which caused a communication ban, then
i did something else to get suspended again but indidnt do snything else after that to get banned for that long

i got a communication suspension for asking a guy to give me my crates back on rocket league. why the suspension xbox i did nothing wrong?

The ONLY way to get suspended is for someone to report you.

If someone did report you their would be two ways to know

1. If that person told you they reported you

2. If you got a suspension.

There HAS to be a report made for the enforcement team to investigate and determine if you violated the code of conduct before they can suspend you.

Yeah I did that but they upheld their disscusion Idk why if I don't cuss when I trash talk unless you can't trash talk at all because I just said trash Idk that's a threat to anyone but all I know is that I am banned from Xbox live for two weeks and it sucks
