    Why did my VIP Star Rank progress go down after a purchase?


    Last Sunday I made an online purchase of WWE 2K17 Standard Pre-Order. At the time I had a 4 Star VIP rating and was at 55% progress to the next star. Since then it has been more than 96 hours since the waiting period for my transaction to be credited. However,
    when I checked my progress, it is now only at 50%. I want to know why my progress decreased when I made an online purchase. Shouldn't it have gone the other way? And if so, I'd like to have it fixed please.

    Support will check on the decrease, but preorders are not eligible for VIP so that purchase would not have counted.

    There is currently an issue with MyVIP progress calculations which is resulting in users seeing a drop in MyVIP. We have identified the issue, and are currently deploying a hotfix to address the error. This should be fully deployed by the end of the month
    at the latest. Apologies for the confusion.

    We see that you did not reach MyVIP Star 4, and therefore stayed at VIP Star 3. The 4th star required £900. Since your total eligible spending was beneath this amount, you did not rank up before the re-calibration. Your 97% was the amount you were at after
    your Dead Rising 4 purchase.

    Progress towards your next star level is updated about 96 hours after you make the purchase. VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. They calculated the purchases altogether instead of after each individual
    purchase.
