Why did my save data for Castle Crashers randomly got deleted?

One day, after I had played Castle Crashers Remastered by account sharing from using my sister's account and left it signed in on my Xbox then I had my main account signed in, playing the game but I noticed after going to Castle Crashers (the Xbox 360 version) that my save data was gone, somehow and I don't remember ever erasing the save data, so I was wondering if there is a way to get the save data back? I have tried going on my Xbox 360 and go on the same game if it would change anything and nope, it didn't, it still said that all my characters were level 1 (even though they were not level 1 and that my other characters I unlocked are gone now), so if there is a way that I can get this save data back then thank you.

Travis, this just means that the save associated with your profile was replaced and when this happens it's not possible to retrieve it from Microsoft's side, although you could still do it directly with the game's support.

Since there was no apparent save data on the HrdDrive, I believe that the game's data was just saved to each gamertag. Does this mean that if i re-purchase on my xbox, but still use My gamertag that I had created, and connected to xbox live on the previous
system, that the data would be brought over from my GamerTag?

I only ask this because there is no actual memory save that I can find of Castle Crashers under any user that has played it on the previous console.

Got it back actually... know why I didn't uninstall it buddy? Because it has a chance of deleting your data. "It's stored online though", yeah, and it sometimes causes a glitch in the system when you delete it and reinstall it. My friends and I have had
this problem with Castle Crashers which is also stored online, so I suggest you relax a little buddy.

Thanks for hoping I didn't get it though/wasting your time on flaming, because I ended up getting it back "lol"
