    Why did my process reset?


    I completed the Racer story mode and was working on my Cop process. My racer rank was 21 and my Cop was rank 6 or 7. A few days with no trouble, if I get off my Xbox I would just sign back in on Origin and find a game server manually in-game. Then all of
    sudden, today rather, it reset to Racer rank 17 and Cop rank 1. Why? My Overwatch had it still the same rank, then when I did some challenges, Overwatch also showed my stats reset. Anyone know why this is? No fix? I'm rather pretty *** at this.

    IGN they wouldn't let me get an XOne for $250.

    I had to mail my PS3 off. Once they process it they send a code to my email. I used the code at the time of my order. I didn't know I couldn't combine them till I entered the code.

    Hi there, not sure what you mean by XBL Big Brother. Were you talking to phone support about this? Generally if there is unauthorized access, they will help you out with any enforcement actions. If they were unable to, then enforcement may have been acting
    on different factors on the account. You can check out more info on score resets here:

    support.xbox.com/.../account-suspensions-and-console-bans     but these Forums are not for the Enforcement teams.

    Hello, are your updates set to automatically download? It may be that they did and the system reset during the update process - which is, in fact, part of the process.
