Why did my Modern Warfare 2 account get deleted!?!?!

I see, unfortunately if the order was cancelled there is no way to change where did you receive the money (this applies even if the order wasn't cancelled and you want a refund)

This is for security reasons

What's the best way to contact them?

I've since canceled that card. Is this going to be a real pain????

Can you double check if the game appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed?

I say this because the pre-order was cancelled for some gamers and maybe you're the ones of the affected.
