    Why did my minecraft subscription(?) dissapear?


    I tried to play minecraft again, when all of a sudden it says that i have not bought the game. I have retried logging in and using the same product key (Codashop) and it didnt work.

    Yes, I copied the code from the email.

    By the way, I forgot to mention that the time I randomly lost my subscription was a couple weeks(?) after I had not played the game.

    Are you trying to play the Minecraft Java Edition or the Bedrock Edition?

    What subscription specifically did you redeem to your account? Was it an Xbox Game Pass for PC or you meant you redeemed a game code/license itself not a subscription? Also, did you redeem it on https://redeem.microsoft.com website?
