    Why Did My Microsoft Rewards Points Reset?


    I had 9,000+ Microsoft Points as of yesterday (1/31/2025) and I check my Xbox account today (2/1/2025) and now I have 476 rewards points. I have been saving up my points for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which costs 12,000 Rewards Points and now I am not even close anymore. I don't know why this keeps happening. I am getting tired of saving up my points just for them to reset and I lose all of my hard work. Can I please have them back? I worked so hard.

    Are you talking about Microsoft rewards points? If so then they keep accumulating.
