    Why did my mahjong quit working?


    0ne week ago my mahjong game quit working. I can get in but after starting the game it quits and exits completely. Help.

    My game score has disappeared.

    I am RequestedMiteB and I would like tyo know how to get my Mahjong score back. I do not uase different email accounts and only have one profile. So why did the score suddenly disappear?

    Sorry you're having some troubles. Do you get any error codes when this happens? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Or a full power cycle?

    The Daily Challenges Megathread

    The Challenges on Mahjong worked today, Feb. 17th. It was a surprise again and nice when they all work. Hope the solution to this glitch comes soon and the solution works for good. I still wonder why only the Mahjong game is having this trouble. Taptiles
    and Solitaire are working fine. I'd think they all run with the same system setup and can't understand why it's just the Mahjong game going all screwy.

    Solitaire & Casual Games freezes after launched.

    UPDATE!! I rebooted my PC, after the previous installation of Microsoft Mahjong, launched Microsoft Mahjong and opened OK. I launched Solitaire & Casual Games from within Mahjong, and it opened OK! It didn't work before the reboot, but now it did. Thank you!! I already closed and opened Solitaire & Casual Games and it continues working fine.
