    Why did my gamescore be reduced


    I was playing with friends to a game and they give me an achievement that I already had and after a few hours my gamescore was reduced from 14k to just 1.4K but when I see the achievements in my games follows the score total of 14k that is to say that
    in the games if I save my gamescore but I still appear 1k G INSTEAD OF THE 14K G both on xbox and on the website. and iI'm connected to the internet

    I just had like 2000 + points and it resetted my points to zero suddenly and i started getting achievements that i got already and now i have only 85

    It should be microsoft's problem!

    Bcz if i see my progression in games its all right

    Hi, there's currently an issue regarding gamerscore and achievements that is affecting a number of users. I've seen several other users reporting similar things happening that appear to be related to this issue. It looks like Xbox Support is aware of
    the issue and is working on a fix. You can visit the
    Xbox Live Status page     to monitor the status of the issue and/or request a notification when the issue has been resolved. Hope this helps!

    Where are you seeing the reduced gamerscore?

    Have you logged into xbox.com to check your gamescore on there.

    Everynow and again people see this happen and it normal corrects itself within a day or two.
