Why did my brand new Xbox One X suddenly start freezing/bricked?

Hi i recently bought an xbox one x,i have been playing it flawlessly until last night when it froze and booted me out of call of duty modern warfare.

Now i cant do anything on the console.

Ive tried these:

1.hard reset

2.troubleshoot mode factory reset,but it took the xbox so long it gave me an error and wouldn't even do it (error E102 10070c02 8b060008)

Even if the console gets a chance to boot up it is so laggy its useless..

Im beyond Frustrated i paid for a "better" console for a reason i thought..

That's what support said about mine asked me if it was enclosed, I never do that lol I had the xbox 360, keep WELL ventilated lol but yes cod has killed two HDs now, and I now no longer have an xbox one x 😢

No ones systems were getting hot. Might be an issue thinking it is having heat issues but even after fresh install it freezes on everything and gave me 8 different error codes now.

They are having heating issues they are working on the issue to see if its a wide issue. But there is a heating issue go figure for that model

Hey brad, whats an OSU error?Also the console wont allow me to select offline update?

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

OSU stands for "Offline System Update" and this is the file that you must download onto a USB drive in order for you to be able to try this fix. As per the article that covers

how to update your console offline, it states that you must already have the USB inserted into your console before you turn it on.

Give this a try, and let us know if this works for you!
