Why did my account balance lost money

I found the reason why i lost 6,99€ from my account

The xbox live gold membership take automatically money from my account

And why it doesnt show up at the "recent purchases"

And now i want refund

And if you refund your xbox live gold memebership do you get your money back?

Thanks for letting me know. The only other thing I can think of is if the previous balance was from a gift or the Rewards program. Those do expire.

What I would recommend though is to start a chat at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate when you get to a fellow gamer. They can look into the account and let you know exactly what happened.

To see where the money went you can log into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see your recent purchases on the account.

Ah, that would explain it. It should have shown in your order history although I can't understand why it isn't there. However, a refund is an option for you. Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and cancel the membership. After that you can file for a refund via this link https://xbox.com/refund.

Once completed the currency will be added back to its original payment method.
