If you add a 12 month Gold or standard Game Pass code while you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription, it will be converted to Ultimate. 12 months of Gold is equal to 4 months of Ultimate. In order to keep the full 12 months, you have to cancel your Ultimate or let it run out before you add the new code.

I live in the UK my connection is 120meg down and only 5 meg up at the moment with about 4ms ping within the UK. There is only one provider in the UK that can provide those sorts of speeds...And the funny thing is, XBL does not run aswell as it did on my
1/2 meg connection with the same provider, the problem is not my provider, it's all the extra features that Microsoft added, if we were still on the original Dashboard i would be happy with my connection...
