    Why did it change my GamerTag and account?


    So i use my microsoft account for Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch, yesterday i went to log on and it made me connect my account again and so when authenicating between my account Via iphone, it logged into a new Gamertag and i cannot retreive my actual account!

    Weeks of builds and all my minecraft friends and realms are gone! HELP!!

    Like Palmetto said, I think your next course of action should be to log in to your microsoft account at account.microsoft.com. Once you log in at the top under your name you should see more actions. Click on that then
    edit profile. From there you should see Go to your xbox profile. Check there and see if everything is in order. It does sound like you've somehow hit up a brand new account but I can't say for sure.

    Yes so when inlogged into minecraft it was a new random ganer tag and everything was gone, realms, friends, and achievements! It was the only email i used. Also ive been playing with the same gamertag since i got my switch months ago.

    a Callback    from one of our Xbox Support Specialists since they are the best equipped, tool wise, to look up the correct email to get the account back up and running.
