    So, I bought the elite series 2 back in September. I paid an extra $20 for an extended 2 year warranty (3 years total). My controller started breaking in November, I had right bumper issues. I decided to send it in early December for repair. Now, instead of fixing my controller that was like brand new, or sending me a new one to replace it, I received a used controller. I know it’s suppose to be refurbished, but it wasn’t even cleaned right! It was in a box with bubble wrap on it, that’s it! Now packaging of any kind and it had finger prints all over it! On top of that, it was so dead that it wouldn’t pair with my Xbox and the yellow light was flashing. I never let my original (brand new) controller go completely dead! I paid close to $200 for a controller with a warranty just to get someone else’s old controller! If I wanted a used controller I would have bought second hand, but I didn’t!

    I’ve seen many people get brand new controllers when theirs broke. The RB is an issue across the board for many people who buy the elite series 2. I don’t feel 90 days after I made my original purchase, it should have been swapped out for a dirty used controller. I feel it should have been replaced with a new controller.

    Px4 Headset, party voice not working

    Hi there,

    it's me again...

    I did further check and here is my findings:

    If I use the PX4 without plugging it the controller, I can hear my friend. As soon as I plug it, I cannot hear them.

    Which mean that the voice works via the Bluetooth connection of the headset but not via controllers.

    The original headset send and receive the voice via the controllers.

    There are two solutions:

    -1 my cable between headset and controller cannot receive the voice and can only send it as my friends are able to hear me.

    -2 The PX4 has to receive the voice from the Bluetooth and not via the controllers, which mean it's a software issue.

    Did anyone else is using that Headset and has it working in party?

    Did anyone had that issue with another headset and fix it? if yes, how?

    Is this a known issue that MS will fix in a next coming update?
