    Why did i need to recreate my microsoft account?


    I had used my gmail on microsoft for so long and now when I wanted to install minecraft which I had bought few years back I couldn't log into my microsoft it said there wasn't an existing account with such email.

    I am Lumie and I would love to assist you today.

    I am so sorry you are having issues getting into your Minecraft account.

    Microsoft accounts are deleted after 2 years if they have been inactive.

    Also, if you have not migrated the account there would be no way to recover the account.

    You would most likely need to get Minecraft again.

    How to recover hacked minecraft account

    The issue is that after they transferred ownership of the account from my Microsoft account to theirs they deleted my Microsoft account, so I recreated my Microsoft account with the same email. It has to be recorded somewhere that my account was deleted and then another account with the same email was created.

    Thanks, I did not really mind the images, I was fine with the risks, but I understand you trying to protect me...it will be a lot harder to recreate this ticket on the other forums now though, as I need to recreate those photos. but ok.
