    I had a lot more points then the number that are showing on my puzzle game site, and I 've worked puzzles that are showing up unworked. Now I have to reworked the same puzzles to get points to buy new games.

    Why do I have to repay for puzzles that I already solved?

    All of a sudden all the puzzles I bought and paid for before are gone and I need to pay for and download again. What gives? Are we going to get a satisfactory answer from Microsoft? Feeling kind of let down here,

    What happened to all of my collections and points? All I do is buy more puzzles and then their gone?

    I upgraded three years ago and have been trying to fix this problem. Tired of getting the run around. All of my collections are gone and I finished them all within three years. Now I see they are posted for purchase again. Why should I have to buy puzzles
    that I already solved? And why can't I get rid of the ads. I should not have to pay again!

    Microsoft Jigsaw reinstall

    I have the exact same problems as you, so much so that even tho im running out of space on my HDD, I fear doing a migration or Unistall/Reinstall in fear that I might lose points, lose puzzles and waste all my precious time that I have "invested" in achieving
    all the puzzles and sets won.

    I think the Developers have no clue as to how to solve all these "minor" problems of the long time playing loyal fans.

    sometimes I just want to give up. but I love my puzzles too much.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have been having a problem using Microsoft Jigsaw while I'm connected to the internet. The program will launch, but will hang while it is syncing with the server. Jigsaw works fine when I'm not connected to the internet, but now I need to download
    more puzzels. I have worked with MS and XBOX and have not found a solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Hi Bill Berg,

    I have heard also that turning off your internet connection does solve the issue as far as synching goes if it is getting stuck there. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? If not I would recommend that, also just so you know it
    will take time for your points history to show up and you might lose some saved puzzles. Maybe try to reinstall and download the puzzles and then play offline only. Hope this helps :)

    I can't use that form because I don't have an order number - the money has been taken out of my account as per the update to Gamepass terms of service. I had assumed that recurring points would override the money being taken because it always has previously
