    Why did i loose content?


    updating my email information has taken away and locked me out of using my paid/free texture packs and content on minecraft for xbox one. It says i should be able to access and use my account normally while the month long update happens and all of my other
    content for all my other games are fine. Why did i loose my minecraft texture packs and content that i paid for? this isn't the first time microsoft has taken money from me. and i'm going to just stop using/supporting microsoft soon unless they're able to
    stop things like this from happening.

    Why did i loose content?

    Make sure you just changed the email associated with your account and not the whole account. If the issues is only with Minecraft contact Mojang's support.

    The only thing i did is just move the hard drive, and as i said before i do not want to loose the large amount of games that i have. formatting will erase the contents of the said drive
