Why did i get this many strikes?

i have appealed them already, please take not of the time frame between these strikes, just because a message could'nt send,couldv'e just like notified me right there but instead its coded to say message failed to send

I am sorry you are having issues with the banning system on Xbox.

You can find all your bans and their reasons here: [support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history]. You can also appeal all non-permanent bans here also. It is up to the enforcement team whether they validate the appeal. Just explain to them what you explained to me. =D

Btw I Remember buying counter Strike but never once did i pay for DoD, Team Fortress, are the many other Mods of Counter Strike.

his screen shot shows 0 out of 8 strikes and even then 8 strikes is only a year ban, they have given him no reasons as to why he was banned which is immoral and completely wrong on so many levels.
