Why did I get suspended?

The other night I tried to upload a new profile picture of the popular R6S streamer Jynxzi holding a edited rainbow six siege characters gun, after trying about six times and constantly refreshing my Xbox app, i had had no luck getting it to upload to my account. i assumed my wifi (which is Poor to begin with) just wasn’t working great at the moment so I gave up, well today I get on my Xbox to find I’m suspended from doing almost anything for 22 days and have 6 strikes on my account, I looked at my Xbox correlated email to see that an hour after I had attempted to change my PFP Xbox decided to message all 6 of the suspension notices at once. How am I supposed to know that my picture I’m trying to use isn’t ok with Xbox when they email me hours after I try? Now I have a 22 day suspension and have to wait on appeals to try to get it reversed. It’s really [mod removed] stupid I would get suspended for that when I have Xbox friends who’s profile pictures are literally them aiming guns at the camera and mine had a obviously edited gun from the game rainbow six siege in it and that gets me suspended. If it’s really that serious just give the 2 day suspension and one strike, giving me 6 strikes for the 6 attempts and a 22 day suspension is a bit ridiculous.
