Why did I get suspended on Microsoft rewards?

I forgot exactly when I got suspended but I want to know why I did. The Microsoft Reward support isn’t working and my best option is to ask a question here.

Thank you for replying back and updating us on the issue. In this regard, the only way to get more info on this matter would be to contact Microsoft Rewards Support, which we understand there has been issues with contacting them. Have you tried a different
device or browser when trying to create a support ticket? What about clearing the cookies and cache from the browser that you are using? Try these options then try again to contact Microsoft Rewards support for further assistance.

When I try to submit the issue, it says “We’re sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.”

Microsoft Rewards support would be the only ones with that information and they do not use the forums. When you say their support is not working, what is happening when you try to contact them?
