    Why did I get permanent console banned


    I logged in one day I got console banned for some reason and I don't know why, I went on to the enforcement page and it said I have 0/8 strikes and it doesn't show where the ban is or anything so it doesn't make sense to me. Either I was hacked or something and I recently got the Xbox series s too. If y'all can help please respond. My parents bought it and it's just a waste of money for them if I'm permanent banned.
