Why did I get communication banned

All I did was ask my friend if he wanted to play the new call of duty then boom I am com banned for a week I need a paragraph on what I did wrong

As mentioned in the above 2 replies in this thread, the only place to review and appeal suspensions and bans is Enforcement. If you have already appealed and it was denied, then there is nothing else you can do. No-one on this forum nor in support can do anything as nobody outside Enforcement has access to the Enforcement system

No-one here can tell you the reason as Enforcement do not monitor the forums. The only place you can view enforcement and appeal any such enforcement is here:

generally if you say something in a message and they report it as offensive it's almost an instant communication ban. I do not know the steps when things are said over the mic.
