why did i get communication banned

I was playing a competitive multiplayer game with my friend. Another player got mad because i killed him, he then continued to He was making him angry calling him names and was sending him cent (****) and was basically annoying everyone in the game..So
he joined our party and started acting all hard being verbal to us all too. .So i sent him a msg saying he was s#it (spelt s#it not even a swear word) so he sent me a message saying "Haha enjoy the ban lol". so i think he got a friend to ban me or if microsoft
did it was an unfair ban as i didnt use offensive language mearly suggested his gaming skills werent up to scratch. please consider lifting the ban from my account and i will block that person who did it. xbox is my only sorce of communication with some of
my friends as we live in different areas.

I would like to ask on such a weekend that I would get banned from communicating with my raid team for destiny. I was going to do a raid today but I guess I will have to wait till April 7th to start this raid my teammates will get mad about. If this is about
people banning me because of Fraud Accusations I would love to speak to someone at support for this topic Please,

you do realize that it doesn't matter who starts fight right

You are accountable to the terms of use

Block and ignore that's the only thing your allowed to do in those instances

You can file a case review at https://enforcement.xbox.com but it's pretty clear cut

Fyi saying he started it won't help

And hiding an violating with replacement letters and still implying that word still is a violation

Stop skirting the rules you must be rated e for everyone

Here Is something see I'm still good reputation my guess it's people who post on forums about suspensions and don't like the idea that they are investigates and then try to retaliate via pm over xbox live via rep

See people can file all they want invalid reports will only be trashed

People can file false reports all they want the issues isn't them it's Your behaviour as shown here I get false reports yet they don't get any affect on my rep

And I rarely use voice communication so that's pretty much a false report lol its spam reporters 99.9% of live don't have rep problems why can't you
